- Nucleic Acid Extractors
The fastest way to narrow automated nucleic acid extractor options is samples per run, not marketing labels alone.
Start with batch size
- 1–16 samples: compact programs, teaching labs, field interest — MultiEX 016.
- 1–32 samples: molecular diagnostics mid-shift — MultiEX 032.
- 1–96 samples: full-plate high-throughput — MultiEX 096P.
- 1–24 samples with large input volume: cfDNA, liquid biopsy, surveillance — MultiEX 024L.
Add volume class
Standard bench workflows usually sit in the 50–1000 µL processing band on 016, 032, and 096P. When starting material routinely exceeds ~1 mL per sample, route evaluation to the large-volume tier.
Confirm kit IFU before you buy
All tiers use an open-system magnetic-bead model — confirm your kit instructions for use match your sample matrix.
Next step
Use the MultiEX comparison page or submit a purchase inquiry with throughput, sample types, and timeline.
